You’ve come to know you’ve good focus. But lately, you’ve been getting used to distraction. So the focus you have is only as good as you’re unconsciously focussing on the thing you’re not supposed to be focussing on at the moment, i.e. the distraction.
Sport? Maybe a little bit focussed.
Social media? When it’s a distraction, the focus is good. When you take time out for it, you get bored of it faster than you can put that flower crown on your head.
A friend suggests a meditation app. You realise you need help. You sincerely try to use it.
